Sponsorship Terms
By booking a sponsorship with The Microdose AI, you agree to these Sponsorship Terms and reserve your spot.
1. What you’re buying
Main Sponsorship
Premium placement at the top of our newsletter for highest visibility. Includes logo, large image, and prominent brand presence. Great for increasing brand awareness, building trust and visibility, and generating high-quality leads.
Secondary Sponsorship
A streamlined placement positioned further down. Includes smaller image and brief copy. Good for campaigns with lower budgets that want targeted exposure.
Main Run
A package of four Main Sponsorship placements.
Important: Sponsorship guarantees placement, not specific performance. We don’t promise clicks, conversions, leads, or revenue. Results depend entirely on your offer and audience interest.
2. What’s included
Main Sponsorship
Our highest visibility placement. You provide:
- Logo (transparent PNG, horizontal)
- One image (800 x 450, 300 dpi, max 500kb, JPG or PNG)
- Headline (5-8 words)
- Ad copy (350 characters max)
- CTA (2-3 words)
- Click-thru URL
Secondary Sponsorship
A more compact placement with a smaller creative footprint. You provide:
- One image (400 x 400, 300 dpi, max 500kb, JPG or PNG)
- Headline (5-8 words)
- Ad copy (200 characters max)
- CTA (2-3 words)
- Click-thru URL
Main Run
Uses the same core specs as a Main Sponsorship unless we agree otherwise.
3. Creative, approvals, and edits
You send us the image, copy, and link. We format everything to fit the newsletter.
We may make minor edits to punctuation, spacing, line breaks, or house style so everything fits cleanly. Those edits do not require approval and are not grounds for a rerun.
By submitting creative, you confirm that you own or have rights to everything you send, that your landing page works, and that your offer is accurate, lawful, and real.
4. Scheduling
Once payment is received, we’ll email you to lock in your run date.
Most bookings run within about two weeks, depending on availability.
Our audience grows and changes over time, and we regularly clean the list for quality. That means list size can fluctuate.
If we need to move your date slightly for editorial reasons, we’ll reach out and reschedule with you.
5. Deadlines
All times are Eastern (ET – New York).
For a single placement, assets are due 5 business days before go live by 5 pm. Final approval is due 2 business days before go live by 5 pm.
For a Main Run, the brief is due 10 business days before the first issue by 5 pm. The draft is provided 7 business days before the first issue and includes one round of changes. Final approval is due 5 business days before the first issue by 5 pm.
Need changes during a Main Run? Send them at least 3 business days before that issue goes live by 5 pm.
6. If you’re late
We’re flexible. Our deadlines are not.
- If approvals come in late, we’ll use the latest approved or submitted version
- If assets arrive late, your spot may be lost
- If you booked a Main Run and miss a deadline, your schedule may shift by a week or more
7. Payment & refunds
Full payment reserves your spot. Once booked, it is non refundable.
We do not offer refunds or credits for:
- performance or results
- changes to your product, site, or landing page
- internal budget changes
- shifting priorities on your side
- missed deadlines
- creative adjustments
If something breaks on our end, like the wrong link, a technical issue, or a missed placement, we’ll fix it under our Make Good policy.
If we decide your placement is off brand for our readers before it runs, we’ll refund you in full.
If you have questions, ask before reserving your spot.
8. What we promise (and don't)
Every placement performs differently.
We promise to run your creative clearly, accurately, and on schedule.
We share average performance numbers like open rates and unique subscriber clicks to help set expectations. Results vary.
We do not guarantee conversions, demos, sales, or any specific business outcome.
9. Reporting
We send a simple report for each run with sends, opens, and unique subscriber clicks.
Reports usually go out about 7 days after publication.
We track unique subscribers who click, not total clicks. Different systems count differently because of link scanners, ad blockers, browser settings, and platform level differences. Expect some variance.
There are no performance based refunds. We do not guarantee any specific number of impressions, clicks, conversions, leads, or sales.
10. Reruns & Make Good policy
Reruns are how we make things right when delivery goes sideways. They are not a promise of outcomes.
We’ll rerun your sponsorship at no charge if:
- we made a mistake, like the wrong link, broken image, or incorrect copy
- there was a technical problem or delivery issue
- your sponsorship did not run as agreed
If something feels off after your sponsorship runs, reach out within 5 days. We’re happy to review what happened and talk through the next move.
Reruns do not apply to low performance, normal swings in opens, clicks, or engagement, minor style edits, missed deadlines, or late changes on your side.
11. Who we work with
We work with brands whose products and services fit our readers, including:
- SaaS and infrastructure
- AI tools and platforms
- Security and compliance
- Cloud and analytics
- Fintech
- Tech events
We do not accept sponsorships for:
- Get rich quick schemes
- Questionable passive income programs
- Adult content
- Gambling
- Political campaigns
If something feels misleading, unsafe, or off brand, we’ll let you know before it runs and refund you in full.
